Preparation procedure (2-5 minutes):
Need : cafflano compress, 12 g of medium finely ground coffee (one cafflano scoop), hot water 96 degrees.
- Pour the coffee into a sieve and align
- Press the coffee with a measuring spoon or tampon
- Attach the strainer to the container
- Insert the top strainer into the water cylinder and screw the cylinder on
Pour water into the cylinder up to the 50 ml mark - ATTENTION! Press fingers together, do not press with the whole weight of the container, it may burst
- Press for 20 - 30 seconds
Ideal to serve in a pre-heated mug. No need for a travel mug, the bottom container doubles as a mug.
